  • 4 ears fresh corn on the cob
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Husk the corn and remove silk. Cut each ear into four rib-like pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, brown sugar, and salt.
  3. Drizzle vegetable oil over the corn and toss until evenly coated. Rub the spice blend onto the corn.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Place seasoned corn ribs in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
