  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. 1. Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, combine chicken thighs, coconut milk, lime juice, garlic, cumin, and chili powder. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
