Tzatziki Chicken Salad is a light, zesty dish featuring grilled chicken, fresh vegetables, and a creamy tzatziki dressing that’s perfect for summer picnics or quick lunches.

- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 medium cucumber, grated
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups mixed greens
Instructions
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Let cool before chopping.
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber (squeezed to remove excess moisture), minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped dill, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy.
- In a large bowl, toss mixed greens with chopped chicken and drizzle with tzatziki sauce until well coated.
- Serve immediately in bowls or plates garnished with extra dill or cucumber slices.
