- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 4 medium Yukon Gold potatoes (sliced)

- 2 cups low-sodium beef broth
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: Wash and peel the potatoes if desired, then slice them into thin rounds. Chop the onion into small pieces.
- Layer half of the sliced potatoes at the bottom of a slow cooker. Top with half of the chopped onions.
