  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping green onions and slicing the avocado. Grate the cheese.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt and pepper and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side until browned. Let it rest before slicing.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium-low. Whisk the eggs until frothy and pour into the skillet, stirring gently until just set.
