Instructions
- Cook pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water for 8–10 minutes until al dente. Drain, reserving some cooking water.
- In a food processor, blend half of the dragon fruit with minced garlic until smooth.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1–2 minutes.
- Combine cooked pasta with sautéed garlic in the skillet. Add blended dragon fruit sauce and lemon juice, stirring to combine.
- Toss in chopped basil and toasted nuts just before serving. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
