  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • 4 whole wheat or spinach tortillas
  • 1 cup mixed fresh vegetables (like lettuce and bell peppers)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
