- 1 box brownie mix (16 oz)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup toffee bits
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease mini pie tins or muffin trays with nonstick spray.
- In a large bowl, mix brownie mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until well blended.
- Gently fold in toffee bits and chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into prepared tins and bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- Remove from oven and immediately top with mini marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs. Bake for an additional 2 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown.
- Serve warm for an extra gooey experience; drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.
