  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 1/4 cup Korean BBQ sauce
  • 4 brioche slider buns
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or sriracha mayo

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger for the marinade.
  2. In another bowl, combine ground beef with half of the marinade and mix gently.
  3. Form the mixture into small patties (about 2 inches wide).
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side until browned.
  5. Toast slider buns in the same skillet until golden.
  6. Assemble sliders by spreading mayonnaise on each bun, adding a patty, and topping with cucumbers, carrots, and green onions.
