- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions
- Cook the noodles in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, honey or maple syrup, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes.
- In a skillet over medium heat, warm the sauce for about two minutes.
- Add the drained noodles to the skillet and toss to coat well.
- Stir in chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
