  • 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chopped rhubarb, granulated sugar, flour, cinnamon, and lemon juice; mix well.
  3. In another bowl, prepare the topping by combining flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Cut in the cold butter until crumbly.
