Method
Prepare the Mushrooms

- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems carefully.

Stuff the Mushrooms
- Spoon the crab filling generously into each mushroom cap.
- Ensure the filling is heaped slightly above the rim of the caps.
Bake
- Place the stuffed mushrooms in the preheated oven.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden brown.
Serve
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Serve warm as an appetizer, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
