Method
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and ground beef to the skillet. Cook until the beef is browned, breaking it up with a spoon, about 7-10 minutes.
- Stir in Italian seasoning and beef broth. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
- Reduce the heat and stir in heavy cream. Allow to simmer for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy beef sauce.
- Serve hot, topped with grated parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
