  • ½ cup milk or any non-dairy alternative
For the Topping
  • 1 cup fresh berries such as blueberries or strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup for drizzling

Making the Batter
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, egg, honey, and milk until smooth.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined; be careful not to overmix.
Cooking the Pancakes
  1. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it with cooking spray or butter.
  2. Pour about ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
