Ingredients
  

For the Base
  • 1.5 pounds chicken breast sliced into strips
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
For the Vegetables
  • 1 medium red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 medium yellow onion sliced
For Serving
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup sour cream optional
  • 1 cup shredded cheese optional
  • 0.5 cup fresh cilantro chopped, optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine sliced chicken breast, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until chicken is evenly coated.
Vegetable Preparation
  1. Add the sliced bell peppers and onion to the bowl with the chicken and toss to combine.
Cooking
  1. Spread the chicken and vegetable mixture evenly on a large baking sheet.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
Serving
  1. Remove from oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  2. Serve the chicken and vegetables in flour tortillas with optional toppings like sour cream, shredded cheese, and cilantro.
