Ingredients
  

For the Base
  • 4 cups broccoli florets fresh
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets fresh
  • 1 cup carrots shredded
  • 1 cup red onion finely chopped
For the Dressing
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
For the Toppings
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Method
 

Prepare the Vegetables
  1. Wash and cut the broccoli and cauliflower into small florets.
  2. Shred the carrots and finely chop the red onion.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Combine Ingredients
  1. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and red onion.
  2. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss until well coated.
Add Toppings
  1. Sprinkle crumbled bacon, sunflower seeds, and dried cranberries on top of the salad.
Chill and Serve
  1. Refrigerate the salad for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
  2. Serve chilled and enjoy!
